Many agents who have been in the business a long time are happy to tick along, just doing enough. However, this isn't good enough.  This won't get you the best price.  I work hard to get the sale for the best possible price with full exposure to the market, and I ensure that the difficult face-to-face conversations, the hundreds of phone calls, and the viewings and follows up get done.​

I have a firm belief in digital marketing and the difference it can make to a sale price of a house.  Social media can be used to advertise to casual buyers who might not otherwise be met - video is an affective method to reach these house buyers.  This is a great advantage to sellers.

Buyers no longer visit real estate offices, and they're not reading the paper.  They view property online, then visit the property.  Through marketing your online, especially through social media, you're far more likely to pick up a the casual buyer; who may end up owning your property!

Most real estate agents are still dubious of investing in marketing online... WHY? In a world of smart phones where buyers have the power, having your property ONLINE across platforms such as Instagram and Facebook could be the difference maker.  Making your advertising reach as broad as possible, to reach to most potential buyers. 

I also put a real effort into writing my scripts to capture the imagination and emotions of buyers, and only choose the best photos.  I don't include 5 slightly different angles of the same room!

Why do I understand marketing better than most agents? I have 10 years experience in marketing prior to real estate, including a master's degree.
